NC Alpha School Drive

"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character,  that is the goal of true education"

- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

To provide profound impact on local school districts, while promoting academic excellence, and empowering students, families, and educators to achieve despite limited resources. Our goal is to ensure all students regardless of race, national origin, socioeconomic status, or zip code are equipped with the necessary tools to excel in the classroom and beyond.

“The goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge. but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover. To create men and women who are capable of doing new things”

Jean Piaget  |  Psychologist

The North Carolina Alpha School Drive is a Non-Profit Organization with a statewide initiative that supports academic success for underserved students and educators. The initiative includes three phases:

  1. Collaborating with community members, partners and organizations to provide students and educators with school supplies.

  2. Mentoring at risk students.

  3. Identifying and celebrating exemplary educators who foster a positive and impactful learning environment and inspire students and colleagues in the classroom and community.

The North Carolina Alpha School Drive Cookout
